1. Membership

By registering for SA VIP Members Auction Club, you agree to these terms and conditions. Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked at our discretion.

2. Bid Credits

• Credits are purchased through membership packages
• Each bid costs 1 credit, deducted immediately upon bidding
• Credits expire 6 months after purchase
• Upgrading membership forfeits existing credits
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

3. Bidding Rules

• All bids are binding and cannot be retracted
• The auction price starts at 0 credits and increases by 1 credit per bid
• Bids placed within the last 5 seconds extend the timer by 5 minutes (max 10 extensions)
• The highest bidder when the timer ends wins the auction
• Items with a reserve that is not met will be marked as "Passed"

4. Payment

Winners must pay the final credit amount in South African Rands (1 credit = R1) within 48 hours of winning. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

5. Premium Membership

Premium members have access to both Normal and Premium auction rooms. Normal members can only access the Normal auction room.

6. Authenticity

All items are authenticated by our experts. We provide condition reports and provenance information where available. Items are sold "as is" based on the provided descriptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

SA VIP Members Auction Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
